As a production engineer, you will be part of a global network of engineers and technicians who together bring us closer to a fossil-free future! About the role As a Production Engineer, you will play a central role in the production technology group consisting of 12 competent colleagues. You will work on implementing and improving production processes from an early stage and ensure that their products are assembly- and production-ready. Your day-to-day work will be varied, where in addition to participating in morning meetings and handling incidents and quality issues, you will also drive your own improvement projects. Examples of tasks:

• Analyze and improve production flows and assembly processes
• Review and develop production documentation
• Manage and drive actions for quality problems and production challenges
• Participate in projects related to more efficient inventory management and production technology improvements
• Collaborate with assemblers, designers, and planning departments to optimize the production environment
• Develop routines for new production lines and instructions for machines

To succeed in this role, we believe you are analytical, driven, and have a good understanding of production and its challenges. You enjoy collaborating with different professional groups and have a humble attitude towards your surroundings. Additionally, you have a strong desire to understand root causes and see opportunities where others see obstacles. We would like you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Economics
• Experience in a production environment, for example through summer jobs or internships
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in production technology, preparation, or similar
• Knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma
• Experience with SAP and Office 360, as well as Power BI
